Peel the sticky side from the plastic. It looks like a thick jelly with fuzz on the outer side.
Leave on for 20-30 minutes. It sticks well so you can go about doing your chores while waiting.

Closeup~~ I don't think it helped much with the colour but my eyebags are flatter. This is only one use though. I'm guessing you will have to use it continuously to get better results.
The brightening action is done through the use of arbutin, aloe vera extract and rice bran extract. The Cettua Half Moon Brightening Eye Patch does not contain paraben, pigment or fragrance.
