NYX Powder Blush (Angel)

With 27 shades to choose from & with an affordable price, I guess this needs no introduction =) I have 2 of this in Peach & Angel but I'll leave Peach for another day.

Like the sleek black packaging with big window. Makes it easy to see the shade without looking at the back. Not like I need to anyway.. Since I arrange my makeup so I know where it's located *perfectionist*

I've destroyed the design on the surface =_=" It's a pale pink colour but I think it leans towards looking purplish?

The colour is really really light.. When blended, it becomes even lighter and may be unnoticeable on lighter skin tones.

I don't think purplish blushers suit me.. Especially not a pale one. It just makes me look so pale =/ I'm not as fair as I look in photos so my cheeks appear to be a fairer tone compared to the rest of my face when I'm wearing this zzz.. Perhaps it'll be better if I pair it with another blusher.

I'm not sure about the darker shades but this was pretty easy to apply. It's natural looking but doesn't last very long.

The one in Pinched has been compared to Nars Orgasm.. Have not tried it though.

  1. i love NYX blushes but i agree, some pinks look kind of strange on me! a purplish blush is def hard to work with.

  2. Yup.. My first try with a purplish blush was disastrous! Plus it was super dark and pigmented  too >_<

  3. Aku suka, suka this one! Hahahaha... I have the same shade and yeah, I've been digging it until I can see the bottom already. About the lasting power, I guess, yeah, needs re-application.
