[Lifestyle] F.O.S Daily Fibre with Probiotics Review

Ever since I discovered that our intestine collects poop as a hobby (sometimes up to a few kg), I've been testing out different fibre drinks. It feels great to cleanse my body. Having a good digestive system not only makes you feel better but also keeps your body free from various illnesses. But really, with all the food temptations in Malaysia, it's hard to maintain a balanced diet.

So.. I opted for the lazy solution of supplements xD One example is F.O.S Daily Fibre which I've begun consuming every morning.

F.O.S Daily Fibre

I bring this to the office so I appreciate the safety cap or else the powder will spill everywhere!

F.O.S Daily Fibre Review

Mix 1 scoop (8g) in room temperature water, stir and drink immediately. Do not use hot water as it will affect the live bacteria in the product.

1 scoop of F.O.S Daily Fibre

F.O.S Daily Fibre powder

It doesn't become too thick and tastes super yummy! It's almost like drinking fresh orange juice. I do not find it unbearably sweet unlike a few other brands.

After consuming it regularly, I find that it functions well as a fibre drink. It does NOT suppress my appetite but I do not agree with any products that stop you from eating anyway. You should eat normally! I cannot comment on the hemorrhoids nor the health issues.

F.O.S Daily Fibre description

As for the price, I think RM 57 a month is affordable for a fibre + probiotic drink. With such a yummy taste, I wouldn't mind having this everyday =)

  4. Oh first time hearing of this brand. The only 'colon cleansing' fibre drink I have been introduced to is is Melealuca. Do keep us posted on your journey with FOS. :)

    1. LOL Fibre drinks are like that. It actually means that your body has been storing all the bad stuff! After a few drinks, the frequency reduces for me.
