2013 Mini Reviews & Empties

Summing up 2013 with my empties, accumulated over the past few months. Too lazy to review some of them so here are mini-reviews! LOL

1) Kose Junkisui Foaming Wash

I only had a travel size of this and didn't find it to be amazing. Sure it did the job.. Kinda similar to Senka except the foam wasn't as fluffy and dense. Plus it came with a bigger price tag. Not repurchasing.

2) Cellnique Body Plush

Smells really good and refreshing! Cleans well but doesn't dry out skin. It was nice while it lasted. The bottle's pretty small (250ml) so needless to say, I got through it pretty quick. At RM 59, I'm not gonna repurchase this. Could make a good gift though.

3) Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Oil

This has been great to use! The half price was such a deal but now it's back to RM 49.90 and I'm itching to try other stuff =x I repurchased one as a spare but also bought another brand to try out.

4) Cyber Colors Gemstone CC Concentrate
My skin has been having bad reactions recently but this essence is light enough not to aggravate the condition. I do enjoy applying this day and night. It's mildly moisturizing and doesn't make me oil up.

5) Clinique Derma White City Block Anti Pollution SPF 40
This baby got me hooked onto tinted sunblocks! Sunblocks are a daily routine for me so why not one that gives me a powdery smooth complexion too? I have since started experimenting with other tinted sunblocks but discovered that this has better coverage although it feels heavier on skin.

6) Shiseido Aqualabel Special Gel Cream
Good while it lasted! Helped prevent flaking skin by applying generously before makeup.

7) Kneipp Lavender Herbal Body Oil & Almond Blossom Body Lotion
Definitely a joy to use, especially the body oil. I loved massaging it in after showers daily and bask in the lavender scent. I've tried another oil but this is much better to use due to its more watery consistency.

8) Human Nature Moisturizing Shampoo with CreamFoam
Love the orange scent but kinda pricey. I love to use my bath products generously so I feel real uneasy getting an expensive one.

9) Melvita Bio-Excellence Moisturizing Serum
Like Kiehl's, Melvita is very generous with their samples. I loved how this serum gives my face a glow and it is moisturizing. However, it simply clogs my pores =(

10) Melvita Extraordinary Water
The rose one smells so so so good! However, I recall one of the other 2 kinda stick so you better sniff it before purchasing =x I don't find it to be extraordinary so I did not purchase the full size.

11) Neal's Yard Remedies Rose Facial Wash
Gentle and smells lovely but it is rather pricey and only lasts for 3 months so I won't be repurchasing..

12) Kanebo Blanchir Superior White Deep Clear Conditioner
About time I stopped using this, alright.. Despite their product recall on the newer version, I did like using the old version as it is refreshing and brightens my complexion. I returned my milky conditioner and got a refund too.

13) Rachel K Serum
It's not a bad serum but the smell was so repulsive! Hello? You should not pour an entire bottle of perfume into the product.

14) Aesop Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream
Loved how it absorbed so well for a hydrating cream. Smelt great too - love orangey scents! Not bad at hydrating but it does make me oil up faster than usual.

15) Aesop Oil-Free Facial Hydrating Serum
VERY thick serum but if you massage it long enough it will suddenly absorb all the way. Delivers a good amount of hydration into your skin. Quite good IMO.

I seem to finish things at a VERY ridiculously slow rate. And I also giveaway my stuff to friends and family so my empties list has suffered =(
