A Breath of Fresh Air

I was looking through my photo albums the other day, thinking back of the old days. So many good times..

It may not seem like much but I know I'm lucky. Traveling or going on a holiday/trip is not cheap. I'm glad to say that in my childhood, I've had the privilege to go on school camps & trips since primary school. A lot of children don't have that opportunity.

This is where Fresh Air Fund comes in. They give children in New York City (from low income communities) a fun & free summer experience. They can either go to a Fresh Air camp or stay with a host family for 1-2 weeks.

I believe every child should be happy and have fun. Having a good childhood helps build character and affects how his/her life turns out.

You can help put a smile on a child's face by donating, signing up to be a host family or simply spreading the word.

Who knows? It may turn out to be a good experience for you too =)
