#NoBurn with Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron

Ever had a guy leave comments like this on photos with your girls?

Cili padi Clarissa appears! #burn

Now now.. If only he had a Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron because it promises #NoBurn

Q: What's so different about this iron?
A: There is no dial to choose the temperature.

(Wait what? Is that supposed to be a good thing?)

OptimalTEMP actually adjusts the temperature by itself to suit whatever fabric you're ironing. No longer have to check the labels of your shirts and sort them by fabric. In fact, you can mix the different fabrics without waiting for the iron to cool down.

Perfect for people like me.. Who don't change temperatures between fabrics wan =x Everything is 'cotton' lolol

Now linen, silk, cotton, wool or cashmere can all be 'cotton' xD

Fill water fill water..

Not sure if my irons are outdated but this clip that comes with the iron is awesome! I always have to flip my wire away but this keeps it in place.

The blue light will blink while it's heating up and once it's stable, it means it's ready to be used.

For maximum anti-crease, I use this steam mode. There's also a latch under the handle which you can squeeze for extra steam.

Iron away! It's quite easy to maneuver and the Quattro Precision Tip is thinner, making it easier to iron tight spots and around buttons. Also, the Safety Auto Off function switches off your iron if it hasn't been moved in 2 minutes. Not only to conserve energy but also to prevent accidents from happening.

Test subject: 100% cotton shirt aka hardcore-wrinkles.

This is probably one of the harder pieces to iron. No matter how I iron, it becomes wrinkled again the moment it cools down. But with the Philips iron, it was easier to iron and stayed smooth. Not bad ah..

Same shirt, different colour.

Remember the blue light earlier? If it ever blinks yellow, it means you need to clean the iron by pushing this button.

Instructions on how to Calc Clean about once a month.

In my opinion, this iron would be good for families or if you have a wide variety of apparels to iron. Or simply if you're just too lazy to be checking every single label.

The Philips PerfectCare Azur range is available at major electrical and departmental stores and www.blipmy.com at a recommended price range of RM459 to RM599 (before GST).
